I am a very happy customer indeed after walking out of Peta Charles Hair Studio on 8/9/2011, especially when my hair was really damaged, lifeless and just plain dull. I was at the salon for 3.5hrs, however we all know or should know that that's the time it takes to get your hair looking just gorgeous!!! Especially if you are having the works! The salon was busy, but the staff were exceptionally friendly (offerring coffee/tea) and they even rememberred my name!!! :) I felt very confident when I walked into the salon and just by taking one look at my hair Peta already knew that I wanted my hair coloured and not have foils done - a sign of years of experience being able to read their clients that well! Jordan did a fantasctic, absolutely brilliant job with the cut, colour and style that by the end of it, I wasn't only wearing gorgeous hair on my head but also a smile from one ear to the other :) I was really pleased and felt like giving Jordan a big hug! :) I received numerous compliments about my hair from my partner once I got home, and also the following day at work. I will definitely be going back as the whole experience was just simply very positive in every aspect!
