Hi Geoff, I'd like to take this opportunity to also tell you how happy I am with the way you cut my hair and the way Amelia colours it. I have told you before, but it can bear repeating, that I have gone through a massive lot of hairdressers the length and breadth of Sydney and never managed to find one that could consistently manage my hair. It would be good on the first visit, then not so good on the second, and then a disaster on the third. I began to think I would never find anybody who could get it right every time and wondered if maybe I was just impossible to please. Then I came to your salon and there has been over a year now of cuts, colours and blow-dries - all exactly to my liking, even when you've made little changes to the length or adjusted my fringe, so for this reason you have gained my 100% trust. Not only that, but it's always a pleasure coming to your salon as there is such a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. I have an appointment on the 23rd so will see you then. Bye for now, Sue J
