Treated 25/8/14...."After escaping the nit zone for almost 6 years, my 16 year old daughter discovered the bugs the night before her school formal! Desperate to ensure treatment was carried out first thing in the morning and no longer able to attend to it myself due to health reasons, I sought help from Itch No More. Unfortunately Antoinette was fully booked and Sally could not take my call at that time so we found somewhere else. To my surprise and disbelief the comb through, a wash, dry and another final check (just combing - no checking the comb) took just over an hour. During this time Sally returned my call and with her advice and my scepticism of the treatment from the other company, we made an appointment for 3 days later. Imagine the horror of Sally finding two live nits and many eggs after supposedly being properly treated by others. For anyone seeking help - do not go anywhere other than Itch No More.
